  • protein requirements
  • calorie intake
  • Body Mass Index
  • vitamins and minerals
  • blood requirements
  • body fat percentage

This class will be taught during a fat loss low intensity aerobic martial arts class on through high intensity cardio martial arts classes. 

Some of our students have lost up to 40lbs of fat while gaining:

  • muscle mass
  • speed
  • stamina
  • strength
  • stretch (flexibility).
