In Ki Kim, former Special Forces head Tukong
Instructor and the developer of SmartForce, has demonstrated
the superior nature of the SmartForce techniques to many
law enforcement officers. He has trained S.W.A.T.,
U.S. Marshals, FBI agents, Sheriff's deputies and many more
in SmartForce. All have been training in many other
police programs from the "Gracie" program in California
to "BodyGuard" classes in N.Y.

Kim is the ONLY civilian to ever be certified
as a "Professional
Defensive Tactics Instructor"
(PDTI) in the State of Virginia's, Department of Criminal
Justice Services (DCJS) history. Here
