You can hire a personal trainer for $70/hr. to do a check
list then tell you to do 3 sets of 8 - 12 reps at a certain
weight. You can become certified as a personal trainer
and learn everything they know and hire yourself.
Or you can have me design you a personalized program to
reach your goals... : )
Here is how
this will work. You must sign a Personal
Promise Commitment
(PPC).
This commitment is a personal guarantee of your commitment
and a promise to yourself and me that you will religiously
and strictly follow the designed program for a minimum of
12-weeks in a row. This will bind you by your personal
honor and word to a program to make you a better person
physically through a combination of lifestyle changes in
exercise and nutrition. It will not be unreasonable
or drastic. You can trust that I will accommodate
a gradual psychological and physiological change to allow
you a realistic goal and the ability to achieve that goal.
But I will push you.
During the
first session, you will be evaluated from a health, injury,
nutrition, exercise, goals, and ability standpoint.
I will have forms you must fill out. I will post links
to those forms next week on this page. You will get a
food work-up to evaluate your nutrition and caloric needs
to achieve your goals.
What
You Will Need
You
WILL be required
to purchase supplements like protein and vitamins
and minerals, so expect it. If you currently use
supplements then I will need to see what you are using
at the first session to make adjustments.
You will
need a training log book. This can be a small spiral
notebook (recommended) or a fancy personal organizer (not
recommended) and a pen.
You will
need to change you sleep schedule.
EVERYONE
will have before and after pictures taken. So expect to
have a pair of shorts and your birthday suit only when this
happens. For women, you will need short shorts and
a tank top or sports bra or a bikini when your pictures
are taken.
Don't let
your ego or fears stop you from changing your life and
reaching for your goals. Find the courage you need
and take the first step to get there.

After the
initial session, I will work with each of you to match
you with a similar person (s) of your goals and abilities.
Current rank and ego must be set aside here, so there
is no seniority in this program, yet. : )
There will be. I will help you do exercises
or stretches or both for your needs. Once I am sure
you understand what is required, then you will be expected
to follow through with your program.
Every two weeks
I will review your progress and adjust what you need to
adjust. Your results must be sent to me every week
for archiving. And every two weeks we will take more
pictures for archives.
