The Tae Kwon Do training has nine belt levels with three to four "stripes" of achievement in each. This provides the students smaller steps to build their confidence and sense of accomplishment. All students progress at their own level of ability.

We are currently developing an online Pro Shop that offers uniforms, weapons, sparring gear and nutritional items for the Academy's students.

The Academy also boasts a computer lab for its After School Program.

First established in 1997 for training adults in Tukong Moosul, the Academy began teaching Tae Kwon Do to children and young adults in 2000. The Academy outgrew its first location at the Alexandria Gold's Gym in 2001 and moved to a facility at the Mount Vernon Plaza. In 2002, the Academy further diversified by adding Tae Kwon Do classes for Adults. In November 2007, the Academy moved to its current location at 6319 Richmond Highway, Alexandria, just south of the Capitol Beltway and between Washington DC and the U.S. Army's Fort Belvoir.

The Academy is just a 15-minute walk from the Huntington Metro Station.
