SlimForce™: Go beyond aerobics, cardio-kickboxing, and Tae Bo! Tukong Moosul SlimForceTM combines proper kick and punch techniques to avoid injury, a solid fat-melting work-out, and instruction on body science to help increase your tone and stamina! Instructor will help you develop your own personal fitness program.

A typical class includes warm-up, instruction in proper strike and kick techniques, a high-energy work-out, and a cool-down and stretch period with presentations on fat metabolism, nutrition and calorie in-take, and the "Muscle Super Seven."
