Tukong Summer Camp
American Tukong Summer Camp focuses on providing children with an achievement-oriented physical and mental activity program during the summer months. The program is available to children and youth from age 5 to 14.
Daily Activities: American Tukong Summer Camp will keep children's bodies and minds active! Staff will also direct the children through many group and individual games and activities on a daily basis, including:

Twice each week, the children will participate in special outings that will include:
Arts and crafts at Michaels, Horseback riding in Clinton, MD Picnics at Fort Hunt Park Swimming at the Mt. Vernon Recreational Center Water park near Eisenhower Annual outing at Six Flags amusement park Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do Training
Children will be taught stances, kicks, punches and strikes, sparring techniques, and TKD forms (combinations of moves.) They will learn:
In addition, each student will receive physical fitness training,appropriate for each age and ability.
Snacks and Lunches
Many children are picky eaters so parents should pack a snack/lunch or provide money to buy wholesome snacks at the Academy. Children will have a snack/meal break every three hours.
Drop-off and Pick-up Times
Student drop off time for Camp is from 7:00am to 9:30am. Children can be picked up as late as 6:30pm without late fees!
Tuition and Registration Fee
Cost is $229 per week (for five days per week) and $179 (for three days per week.) ($49/per day:Not including activity.) Transportation costs are included in the tuition. An additional activity fee is charged for each activity in which the student participates. Fees vary based on activity. A one-time registration fee of $49 is required for all students not enrolled in the Academy's After/Before School Program or Tae Kwon Do classes. This fee includes uniform of black pants and T-shirt.
