Tukong Moosul Lessons
There are several lessons that are taught ONLY in
Tukong Moosul.  Several Students have asked that some
of these be posted.  Some of these Lessons are from
the White Tiger classes first taught in Austin Texas
under Mr. Jimmy Higgins.  Others are very specific
to Tukong Moosul or the AMAA in Virginia from Grandmaster In Ki Kim.
They are all here for everyone to use and teach.  They are knowledge
that anyone can incorporate into their school.

The TKMSA and the AMAA give permission to anyone to
copy and paraphrase any lessons seen here as long as original
credit is noted.  Thanks for the opportunity.

Super 7 of Muscles

Muscles have 7 basic characteristics.

Each characteristic is associated with a
different function or aspect of ability.

Every sport or action in life needs certain
requirements from your muscles.  Sometimes
you need to run fast.  Sometimes you need to
run far. Sometimes you need to have great strength.
Sometimes you want to have a great shape.

There are many requirements of your muscles
for different sports.  For martial arts you need
to focus on the first 5 the most.  They are the
most important for a martial artist.

  1. Speed - How fast your muscle fibers fire together
  2. Strength - How many muscle fibers can fire at once
  3. Stretch - How far your muscle stretch (flexibility)
  4. Smarts - Muscle memory or learned neural pathways
  5. Stamina - The endurance or VO2 uptake capacity
  6. Shape - The amount of Fat around your muscle
  7. Size - The amount of Mass of your muscle
(6 & 7 are the least important for martial artists)

Tukong Students learn how to train for each characteristic.

Every person is different and needs different training.   Some
will want more speed and for that Tukong teaches Polymetrics
and how to maximize Fast-twitch muscle groups while relaxing
antagonistic muscle groups for super high speed.

Some will want to lose the FAT around their muscle to
increase their speed further and have a more attractive
shape.  For that we teach how to focus your body to
burn FAT for energy.  We have a class, SlimForce for
non-Tukong students to learn how to do this.  You never
saw a Fat Shaolin monk because they knew how to focus
their body to burn the FAT stores for energy.

Some will want to build their stamina and have more energy
to practice longer or endure long competitions.  They learn
the best way to feed their cellular mitochondria and flush
muscle toxins.  This gives them incredible stamina
increases the martial arts way.

Some want for flexibility and learn how to make their
muscles stretch and adapt to wider ranges of motion
and stress.  The stretches are designed for safety and
maximum growth of stretch muscle tissue that helps
avoid injury and gives martial artists the great abilities
to control their bodies in many way and actions.

Each Belt level learns more about the Super 7
and gradually learns everything they need to know
to build the body they want and need for their
different requirements.

Each of the 7 areas is instructed so that every student
can easily use the knowledge to help non-martial artists
achieve whatever they want for their body.
